Terms and Conditions

The methods of payment we accept is:

1) Credit Card Payment - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

2) Wire Transfer - Funds transfer to our account

3) Cash on Delivery - For established customers only. Can be in the form of a cashier check or money order. New customers must pick other payment methods.

Prices - All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Freight - Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fasted and most economical method available, unless otherwise requested or instructed.

Returned Checks - If a check is returned for any reason, a service charge will be made. All returned checks will be processed for payment a maximum of two times.

Special Orders or Custom Order

DEVON WHOLESALE will take special orders or custom orders over phone. All special orders with specific priced merchandise must be paid in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it will be NON-CANCELABLE. Parts not in stock, even though listed on our web site, catalog, or price sheet, may be considered as special order by DEVON WHOLESALE.

DEVON WHOLESALE reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the conditions listed in its legal agreements.
